The most valuable part of the workshop for me was the teachings on the mindset. It has really helped me to understand that my mind holds the power to my life and my body. I am now in the practice of having only positive thoughts, learning to control my emotions by laughing more, forgiving those who have hurt me especially my husband and being more focused about my purpose and improving myself.
